Week 01 : Candle Light Vigil

October 1 at 7:00 - 8:30 PM EST

Take a deeper look at death, endings, grief, and what the soul understands about how darkness is actually un-alchemized light.

What to bring: journal, candle to light 

 

Week 02 : How the Body Understands Grief

October 3 at 1 - 2:30 PM

Go inside the body and feel on a cellular level what grief and trauma look like when they are free to move and be felt and on the other hand what happens when we live in a perpetual state of denial about grief.

What to expect: Bring a journal and wear something you can move in.

 

Week 03 : The Story Tellers

October 10 at 1 - 2:30 PM

How myth can guide us into a deeper experience of grief. We will tell our personal stories of grief through a series of prompts and overlays with mythic stories we all know and love.

What to expect: Bring a journal, photos of any ancestors

 

Week 04 : Lay It To Rest

October 24 at 1 - 2:30

A ritual ceremony of dying, death, and endings.

What to expect: Bring a journal, wear all *black (*optional) 

 

Week 05 : Reborn into the Light

October 29 at 7:30 pm

October 30 or 31st at 1:00 pm EST
